The Istanbul Jewelry Show is one of the largest events in the jewelry industry in the region, where every year, manufacturers, designers, and distributors from around the world come together. This year, the exhibition was held from October 5 to 8, 2024, at the Istanbul Expo Center, featuring innovations and new technologies that created a competitive and inspiring atmosphere for industry professionals. The wide presence of companies and enthusiasts of jewelry and luxury products highlighted the significance of this event in the international jewelry exhibition calendar.
To gain professional insights into this event, we reached out to Haj Mohsen Talaei Minaei for his opinion.
Haj Mohsen Talaei Minaei: “In the name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. This year’s Istanbul exhibition was one of the strongest and largest exhibitions I have ever seen. The extensive presence of manufacturers and designers from all over the world truly created a competitive and inspiring atmosphere. One of the highlights this year was the showcase of new technologies in the field of jewelry design and production, which included innovations such as the use of 3D printers for model-making and the application of artificial intelligence in design.”
He continued: “In my view, this exhibition provides an excellent opportunity for the exchange of knowledge and experience among professionals in this industry. Moreover, the growing demand for custom and personalized jewelry was clearly evident at this exhibition, with many booths presenting designs that were precisely tailored to the tastes and needs of customers.”
The Istanbul exhibition has always held a special place in the jewelry industry, but this year, with the advancements in technology and the presence of new companies, it has taken a step further than before. These developments indicate a bright and dynamic future for this industry.”
